Congratulations on your new job! As a new employee of Nortek, you are
eligible for beneits on your very irst day of work. There is no waiting
period for coverage for you or your eligible dependents.
Your beneit choices are important decisions—affecting how you
receive your beneits and what you pay for them. For some, the decision
may be easy; for others, the decision may require more thought. Whatever
your situation, we encourage you to learn as much as you can about your
options.
This booklet contains details about the plans and how they work.
Additional details about pricing are in Workday.
You will be prompted during the onboarding process in Workday to
enroll in your beneits. You have until 30 days from your date of hire
to complete enrollment. If you do not make an election within 30 days
of your hire, your next opportunity to enroll will be during annual
Open Enrollment in October, to be effective January 1 or within 31
days of a qualifying event. If you have any questions about anything
