Key Medical Benefit Features
You have three health insurance carriers to choose from in our
medical program; our account-based plans are offered through
UnitedHealthcare and the medical plans are based on United’s
Choice Plus Network; our HMO option is offered through Kaiser
Permanente
The UHC “account-based” plans help you better manage your
healthcare costs and needs
The UHC plans recognize and reward healthy lifestyles; in-network
preventive care is covered at 100 percent and you can earn company
paid dollars toward your beneit coverage
When you participate in the wellness program in 2016, you are eligible
to receive a contribution toward your HRA or HSA account from
Nortek; if you have individual coverage you can earn up to $700
and if you have family coverage you and your spouse can earn up to
$1,400; Kaiser members are not eligible for the wellness program
We partnered with Vitality to help us better reward and empower your
positive lifestyle changes
