vision, supplemental life, and lexible spending account plans. This
newsletter contains a summary of each beneit offered. Please read this
newsletter thoroughly and make note of the contributions.

Please note: dependent children are covered up to age 26 for medical
coverage and up to age 25 for dental and vision coverages.
