3-Jaw High speed
Power chucks
cHUcKs High quality, lever style, High speed Power chuck
Cushman thru-hole high speed chucks, hydraulic cylinders and tooling are integrated,
power operated workholding packages. Acme serrated master jaws are standard on
these thru-hole cylinder and chuck combinations.
With a work clearance hole through both hydraulic cylinder and chuck, a Cushman high
speed workholding package affords great flexibility for users of conventional bar and
chucking machines as well as automatic N/C equipment.
Cushman high speed chucks counter centrifugal force using a system of counter weights
to reduce the tendency of the jaws to release at higher speeds.
NOTE: Master Jaws, Levers, Lever Pins, Plungers, Bushings, and Counterweights
are available from stock upon request.
All chucks are priced on application.
