        The Dubai Government has announced a public holiday on Friday, September 5, 2025, to mark

        the birthday of Prophet Muhammad, allowing government employees to observe the occasion

        with their families. Official duties will resume on Monday, September 8.



        The circular, issued by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department

        (DGHR), applies to all government entities, departments, and institutions. It aligns with the

        government’s guidelines on religious and national observances, aiming to promote unity and

        tolerance among employees.
