          Purpose of the Central Grievances


          Committee



          The Central Grievances Committee will serve as an official platform where

          government employees can appeal final administrative decisions that affect their
          professional status.




          These decisions may include matters related to employment conditions, roles,

          responsibilities, and legal rights within the workplace.



          By establishing a structured system for reviewing such grievances, the decree aims

          to ensure that employees are treated fairly and that decisions are made with
          transparency and accountability.




          The committee will function as an independent body responsible for reviewing
          complaints and ensuring that public service regulations are applied properly.






          Strengthening Justice and Transparency

          in Government
