Under the patronage of Sheikh Zayed bin Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi is set to host the
Global Entrepreneurship Festival 2026 from April 20 to 22 at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center, in a move that
reflects the emirate’s continued push to position itself as a global hub for innovation and enterprise.

The event comes at a time when Abu Dhabi is accelerating efforts to diversify its economy beyond
hydrocarbons, with a growing emphasis on knowledge-based industries, startups, and advanced
technologies. The festival is designed to align with this broader economic strategy, bringing together key
stakeholders from across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
