4/8/26, 12:39 PM Abu Dhabi to Host Global Entrepreneurship Festival 2026
Entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and industry experts are expected to converge in an environment
focused on collaboration and exchange. The platform aims to facilitate not only dialogue but also tangible
outcomes, including partnerships, investment opportunities, and business expansion pathways.
Central to the festival is a structured approach to entrepreneurship, with dedicated tracks addressing Share it
different stages of business development.
The Launch and Enablement track is aimed at early-stage founders, offering guidance and tools to help
transform ideas into viable ventures. For more established businesses, the Growth and Development track
focuses on scaling strategies, operational efficiency, and market entry.
A third pillar, the Funding and Investment track, is designed to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and
capital. Through curated sessions and project presentations, startups will have the opportunity to engage
directly with investors, financial institutions, and investment funds.
Beyond these tracks, the festival will feature panel discussions, workshops, and expert-led consultations,
creating a multi-layered platform that combines knowledge sharing with practical engagement.
The event is backed by a strong network of strategic partners, including ADNOC and the Abu Dhabi
Authority for Social Contribution (Ma’an), as well as programs such as Athar+. Enabling entities such as
the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, Khalifa Fund, Abu Dhabi Chamber, Hub71, and Abu
Dhabi Customs are also playing a key role in shaping the initiative.
The breadth of participation underscores a broader policy direction in which the public and private sectors
are increasingly working in tandem to build a cohesive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
For Abu Dhabi, the festival represents more than a standalone event. It is part of a wider effort to embed
innovation at the core of economic development, attracting global talent, capital, and ideas while
supporting the growth of local enterprises.
As competition among global cities intensifies in the race to become leading startup hubs, initiatives like
the Global Entrepreneurship Festival signal Abu Dhabi’s intent not only to participate in that landscape but
also to help shape it.
