The Soloveiko Songbird, known as the Nightingale in English, is the national
bird of Ukraine, and is also the symbol of happiness.
12 unique birds, representing 24 regions in Ukraine and the autonomous
Republic of Crimea will be dotted around the city for the public to find and
learn of the stories behind them. The Soloveiko songbirds allow for musical
discovery and interpretations of each homeland that they represent.
