The People's Flag is a mass participation film focusing on arts and culture
across Liverpool in celebration of Eurovision, the film will be available to
watch online.
Mass Movement Director Jeanefer Jean-Charles MBE and local
choreographers Lisi Perry and Grace Goulding have invited the public to be
part of this exciting film project, designed to create a unique, warm
welcome to all Eurovision-comers.
