Tonight I was lucky enough to attend a concert there by Nicola Benedetti and her Baroque
Orchestra. Outstanding playing as usual and on top of that she played on a violin made by my
friend Andrew Fairfax. It sounded fantastic: sweet, powerful and very clear and even. Wish he
could have been there himself!
