he 2015 Rat Rod Magazine Tour was much
shorter than those of years past, but that
doesn’t mean that there was a lack of
Tanything. On no. While we may not have
covered as many miles as usual, we made up for
it by the sheer volume of awesomeness that was
packed into one weekend. And that weekend
began with a huge show that we put on with our
brothers and sisters at Raw Bike Magazine at
the world famous Hawg Pit BBQ Barn in Grafton
IL. Located on the banks of the Mississippi River,
it was the perfect setting for a day of bikes and
rat rods. In fact, it’s fair to say that it was one
of the biggest gatherings of rat rods that we’d
ever seen. There were participants from as far
away as Maine and even Canada. Whether it was the giant American fl ag hanging
from the two boom trucks, or this one high
above the magazine booths – there was no
mistaking what country you were in.
