The 2013 Build-Off produced a lot of great vehicles and
introduced us to some fantastic builders (and just straight
up wonderful people.) Cody Stec is one of those people.
Aside from taking home the Canadian Choice award and
being featured on a Comp Cams poster, Cody’s 33 Ford
was perhaps the best pure driver in the contest.

Many of you know Luke as the builder of
issue #42’s cover car “Wild Torquey,” but
before that he rolled around in this 66 Chevy
C10. The coolest thing about this truck is its
functionality. Yes it’s slammed to hell and back, WHERE TO FIND IT:
yes it looks cool – but Luke was never afraid to ISSUE 23
beat the hell out of it (and we’re pretty sure
