 A focus on Life Sciences
Building on our achievements within the Life Sciences sector - which has seen over £1.8 billion worth of facilities delivered to global clients such as Johnson & Johnson, P zer and Glaxo Smith Kline since 2000 - the business has identi ed an exciting opportunity for growth and expansion across Europe.
The experience and skills gained by
our teams in the delivery of complex
life science facilities in Ireland has enabled us to be able to bring a unique construction offering to the European
market, in the delivery of these most complex facilities.
Form of contract, client selection and location of works is key to successful expansion into new areas. Appreciating
this, our initial foray into the market has seen us operating as a management contractor for our key client Johnson & Johnson and their subsidiary companies.
We currently work for brands within
the sector’s top 10 and long-standing relationships have matured based on a culture of rst class safety and delivery performance.
There are over 60 in-house commissioning and MEP engineers, fully-integrated with multi-disciplinary specialist skills.
