Developer Select has named John Sisk & Son as its construction partner to deliver its £247m Affinity Living scheme at Circle Square in Manchester.

Cork GAA stars, Damien Cahalane and Mark Collins, spoke to the Irish Examiner at the historic opening day of the regenerated Pairc Uí Chaoimh in Cork.

12 storey blocks at the former BBC site. Sisk will deliver 677 apartments split across 12-storey and 17-storey buildings at the former BBC site.

Luas Cross City gauge run successfully completed
Sisk Steconfer released technical details of the gauge test, which was a key milestone for the project. The first passenger services are expected to begin in December.

Cork fan Mossie Barry from Mayfield said he was impressed with the new facilities on offer. He added the new grounds were a tremendous boost to Cork.
