on the wreckage heap of your own broken promises, unfulfilled commitments, lies, masks, failures and mistakes and place your signature of ownership on the whole mess; that’s huge. It gives you a starting point, a place of accountability where you can say, “Yes, I’m responsible for all of that, and now I’m going to be responsible for all of this!”
Doing that is better than skydiving for the first time. It’s risky, dangerous, wildly vulnerable, and 100% necessary if things are ever going to be any different in your life. Best of all, it’s empowering.
We are who we choose to be. Every day. Every moment.
We don’t have to wait until church on Sunday or even tomorrow morning. We literally have the power to walk in foolishness one minute and turn our entire life around the next. As soon as we realize we are doing something that’s not in alignment with our best life, we have the power to choose to turn around. That decision can be made in an instant.
Right now. Or right now. Or right now.
Any moment is the right moment to adjust your alignment. And once you decide, you give permission once again to the fulfillment of your dream, your goal and your purpose.
And how do my tiny choices have anything to do with what level of success I’m able to attain (and maintain) in my life?
