I remember the first time I lost a big client. It came out of nowhere. I didn’t see it coming. At the time, I didn’t realize that the loss had nothing to do with me. My client was going through a serious legal battle at the time, but I had no way of knowing this until I accidentally happened upon the details in the news.
At the time, it was just a phone call and a short statement, “I won’t be using your services any longer.” He was my biggest client at the time, but thankfully I had already learned who the source of my supply was by this point in my life, and I remember very clearly that the news didn’t phase me a bit. Instead of worrying about finances, I recall immediately thinking, “He isn’t the source of my supply. My Creator is.”
