307 regulates his life. And as he adapts his mind to that
308 regulating factor, he ceases to accuse others as the cause of
309 his condition, and builds himself up in strong and noble
310 thoughts; ceases to kick against circumstances, but begins to
311 use them as aids to his more rapid progress, and as a means
312 of discovering the hidden powers and possibilities within
313 himself.
314 Law, not confusion, is the dominating principle in the
315 universe; justice, not injustice, is the soul and substance of
316 life; and righteousness, not corruption, is the molding and
317 moving force in the spiritual government of the world. This
318 being so, man has but to right himself to find that the
319 universe is right, and during the process of putting himself
320 right, he will find that as he alters his thoughts toward things
321 and other people, things and other people will alter toward
322 him.
323 The proof of this truth is in every person, and it therefore
324 admits of easy investigation by systematic introspection and
