Registration


                    Registration must be completed online for all attendees prior to checking
                    in via QR code at the conference. Payment may be made online by card
                    payment, check, or emailed via purchase order. Late checks in payment
                    for previously mailed in purchase orders may be dropped off at the
                    information booth. Each attendee must be pre-registered and have
                    made payment by card or by emailed purchase order prior to checking
                    in. Your name badge must be displayed to gain entry to all sessions and
                    exhibits.

                                               Information Booth

              Speakers, Volunteers, and Pages, please check-in at the information booth.
              Lost and found items should be turned in to the information booth.
                                  Thursday, November 20                  7:30 am – 4:00 pm
                             Friday, November 21                   7:30 am – 2:00 pm


                                                      Check-in


                Every attendee, speaker, and exhibit booth worker should already
               have registered in advance. On Thursday morning, beginning at 7:30
               AM, prior to the opening keynote address, conference attendees should
               enter the convention center from Eisenhower Drive. You will head to the
               badge printing area. Attendees, look for the attendees check in line. Main
               speakers, you will report to the speaker desk.  If your name is not in the
               name badge system, your school/district may not have made your payment
               by the time badge names were uploaded. Please come to the information
               desk if you know that your registration fee is due or if you need to drop off a
               check. Your badge will already be printed and in your packet. SCCTM
               volunteers will provide you with your conference tote bag and lunch tickets.
               You should have your printed name badge with you at all times during the
               conference. Friday only attendees or those who arrive late on Thursday
               should come by the SCCTM information desk to check-in.


                                      Coffee With the Presidents

                            Coffee with the Presidents: Complementary coffee will be
                            available in the back of the exhibit hall each morning. Please join
                            our SCCTM Presidents, Dr. Eugene Bellamy Jr. and Brantay
                            Cohens. on Thursday morning at 8:00 AM and on Friday morning
                            at 7:30 AM for a meet-and-greet, informal coffee break.
