Reminders for the 2025 SCCTM Conference
• Online pre-registration will be required for the conference to avoid
crowds at the information (formerly registration) desk.
• No on-site registration. All attendees must register online.
• Conference check-in will at the name badge check in desk.
• Main Speakers will check in at the Speaker Check-in window.
• Payment may be made electronically by emailing purchase orders
by paying with a card online, or by electronic deposit.
• Checks should be received by mail at least 21 days prior to the
event unless a purchase order has been received as proof of
authorization to attend the event. Checks may then be mailed
in after the conference, when covered by a PO.
• All attendees must have made payment or provide promise of
payment (purchase order by email) prior to attending the
conference in order to avoid lines at the information desk.
