Making Math Matter: It’s a Way of Life with Infinite Possibilities
Friday Session Changes & Updates
The South Carolina Council of Teachers of Mathematics apologizes for any problems or
inconveniences that session cancellations or changes may have caused any of our attendees.
We do our best to always deliver sessions as scheduled, but sometimes things don’t go as
planned. Unfortunately, life happens and speakers who sincerely wanted to be here are
unable to attend. This year some speaker cancellations may have occurred due to a death in
the family, illness of a family member or speaker. Every year, there are cancellations beyond anyone’s control.
Please cross check the sessions that you planned ahead to attend based on the Mini Schedule Program-at-a-
Glance as compared to this list of changed sessions listed. Be sure to have a back-up plan in mind to take the
place of any of your choices that have to be changed. Remember that you may visit the exhibit hall at any time
during the conference. We do have some backup sessions planned in case of emergencies.
Please check back on this page again, in case there are any other last-minute changes. There could be
emergencies that come up and a speaker may have to cancel even on the day of the event.
