Registration
Registration must be completed online for all attendees prior to checking in via
QR code at the conference. Payment may be made online by card payment,
check, or emailed via purchase order. Late checks in payment for previously
mailed in purchase orders may be dropped off at the information booth. Each
attendee must be pre-registered and have made payment by card or by emailed
purchase order prior to checking in.
Name badges with registration QR codes to be printed by the attendee were
emailed when paid registration was completed.
Your name badge must be displayed to gain entry to all
sessions and exhibits.
Information Booth
Speakers, Volunteers, and Pages, please check-in at the information booth. Lost and
found items should be turned in to the information booth.
Thursday, November 16 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday, November 17 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
Check-in
On Thursday morning, beginning at 7:30 AM, prior to the opening keynote address,
conference attendees should enter the convention center from Eisenhower Drive.
Please have your QR code ready for the volunteers waiting to scan you in. SCCTM
volunteers will provide you with your conference tote bag and lunch tickets. You should
have your printed name badge with you. Extra badge holders will be available if you
don’t already have one. It is suggested that you use your name badge holder for your
name badge, lunch tickets, and door prize drawing ticket. Friday only attendees or
those who arrive late on Thursday should come to the information desk to check-in.
Coffee With the Presidents
Coffee with the Presidents: Complementary coffee will be available in the
back of the exhibit hall each morning. Please join our SCCTM Presidents,
Alisa Hobgood and Eugene Bellamy Jr. on Thursday morning at 8:00 AM
and on Friday morning at 7:30 AM for a meet-and-greet, informal coffee
break.
