Engage students in probability through hands-on, interac�ve tasks that build understanding and math
language. Explore strategies using spinners, coins, and real-world contexts. Experience student-centered

Using spiral graphs to introduce middle & high school students to higher mathema�cs
This interac�ve presenta�on will use spiral graphs to show how we can introduce mathema�cs concepts
taught in advanced college math courses to middle and high school students. We will use these graphs to
show students that mathema�cs can be fun, exci�ng and to spur their interest in higher mathema�cs
including number theory and algebra. College
