Are the items or the products difficult to view?

                                                                   Amazon uses 3D format to view or zoom in
                                                                   their products. The use of 3D format makes it
                                                                   easier for both customers and audiences to
                                                                   view the item to their desire choice before
                                                                   purchasing the product.  Customers can move
                                                                   the pointer to any position or to any area of
                                                                   the item. This means that customers have the
                                                                   time and the ability to decide which item will
                                                                   or is the best or suit them before purchasing. It
                                                                   also has a click down button that allows
                                                                   customers to click to view the item. The use of
                                                                   3D format makes it easier for customers to
                                                                   desire what item to buy. It clearly saves time
                                                                   because there is no need to contact their
                                                                   customer services in request of the product.
                                                                   This is the basic reason why most online
                                                                   customers shop with or from Amazon.
                                                 CUSTOMER RELATIONS

               In customer relation, I am going to be looking at the intercommunication between Amazon and its
               customers and audiences. How do they respond to their customers? It doesn't take a genius to figure
               out that customer service can make or break a company.  Why do a lot of customers shop with or buy
               from Amazon?

               1. Make sure the customer is happy from start to end.
               It starts with the first call--when customers reach out to Amazon to book an appointment, every
               employee that this customer interacts with is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even use a
               checklist app to make sure that every step in the process is done without mistakes.
               2. Survey customers and address any hiccups. After Amazon is done servicing their customers, they
               survey them about their experience. They encourage them to leave positive reviews, if they are happy
               with their current or previous services.
               3. Make highly personalized Amazon-style recommendations.


               Amazon uses their CRM software to record all interactions they have with their customers. Based on
               these data, Amazon follow up systematically, including sending the customers personalized gift cards
               and offers

               Goods are load at their nearby facility
               Amazon routing technology helps to navigate the location and keep track of the goods

               Deliver the goods, customer picks up the goods.
