Leadership Conference

Greetings Remarkable Ladies, Teens and Lords,
I am overwhelmed with joy because I had the privilege and blessing to greet our
Founders, National President, Past National Presidents, National Officers, Area
Officers, National Area IV Director, Past National Area IV Directors, Birmingham
Metro Host Chapter, Ladies, Top Teens and Lords, with exhilaration, strength, and
pleasure, to the 36th Area IV Leadership Conference in this unique National
Historic Landmark populous city in the U.S. state of Birmingham, Alabama.
We worked persistently to create an atmosphere that coexists with our Area IV
Theme: Unifying Top Ladies of Distinction and Top Teens of America Legacy
Builders One Brick at A Time. This theme serves as a foundation to build leaders,
increase learning and symbolizes our strength to continue grow.
I look forward to embracing each of you at other Area’s our 36th Area IV
Leadership Conference in Birmingham, Alabama at the Sheraton Hotel
Downtown. It was a beautiful time to celebrate each other!

Greetings Ladies, Teens, and Lords,

I am Teen Demetria Hudson, our Area IV TTA President. I am elated to welcome
you to our Area IV 36th Annual Leadership Conference in the great City of
Birmingham, Alabama. I am excited to serve as your dedicated leader in Area IV as
we continue our journey through the years of 2018-2019.

This time of year is filled with happiness and gratitude as we started off the
leadership conference. I’m so excited that our annual leadership conference is
designed to allow us as teen to obtain knowledge about the business world; along
with identifying challenges of the world as youth such as bullying, teen suicide,
human trafficking and health awareness. We had workshops geared toward
education with the knowledge of what is to be expected on the college level.

It is our mission to serve our communities and continue to live through our creed
“Participation is our Foundation as Leaders of Tomorrow”
