2017 Annual Housing Survey

C.A.R.’s Annual Housing Survey was started 36 year ago in 1981. The online survey is conducted

in July and August and randomly sent to REALTORS® throughout California. This year, there were
1,300+ valid responses. The questionnaire asked both multiple choice and short answer questions and
had agents reflect on their 2017 transactions through the end of quarter 2.
