BladeRunner

The cabling in a complex structure like the AisleContainment and the need to allow the passage
from one cabinet to another and from one side of the corridor to the front side, led to design and
develop a special cable coverage called BladeRunner.

The special cable coverage, developed in the frame of the project
Bladeshelter Aisle Containment, has the following functions:

• To protect the integrity of the cables, avoiding compression and
folding that may damage them
• To make easy the transition of the many cables connected to equipment
mounted in the rack, thereby facilitating possible replacement
operations or any maintenance work involving the removal of the
equipment
• To improve the insulation of the cabinet.

The cover also highlights the design features of the Aisle Containment,
According to the worldwide appreciated made in Italy style.
