Reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
We help clients reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by providing an end-to-end solution for their IT Asset
requirements.
Through our partnership with Merchant West, Xperien will facilitate the full IT Asset Lifecycle - from
acquisition to finance, management, and disposal.
In Continuous Lifecycle Solutions, there are a few key steps we consider during the IT Hardware Acquisition
process.
These are:
• Client sources new assets via chosen supplier or via Xperien
• Xperien buys a client’s old assets which can be used as a “Trade-In”
• We are also suppliers of Certified Refurbished Systemstm (CRS), clients can purchase laptops and
desktops that provide 80% of the performance level of a new machine but at a cost which is up to 75% less
than a new machine.

Xperien’s ‘Continuous IT Lifecycle Solution’ extends the life of IT
equipment from 3 to 10 years. Our service offering helps corporate
clients to dispose of their IT assets in an environmentally responsible
manner.
