Adaptor extends comfort control

FUJITSU GENERAL AUSTRALIA continues to add to its anywAiR technology suite with the launch of the anywAiR technology Wi-Fi adaptor.
It plugs easily into a select range of compat- ible Fujitsu General air conditioners including the wall mounted Lifestyle Range (KMTC) in- door unit, enabling Wi-Fi control of the air conditioner.
A discreet solution that is easily installed by an authorised Fujitsu General air conditioning specialist, the unit can be controlled from any- where by smartphone or tablet using the my- anywAiR app.
Once set up, the myanywAiR app enables the user to operate features such as ON/OFF, mode, setpoint temperature, ambient temperature, and fan speed control.
Using a smart phone or tablet the user can set timers and scenarios to assist with efficient op-
eration of the air conditioning system and man- agement of indoor comfort.
The Fujitsu General anywAIR technology Wi- Fi adaptor is compatible with a selection of smart home devices, such as Google Home, to enable voice commands. The free-to-download App is available via the App Store or Google Play.
Fujitsu General’s national product manager, Kyle Rafter, said the adaptor provides users with flexible and convenient control of their Fujitsu General KMTC unit.
“This addition to the Fujitsu General anywAiR technology suite gives our customers even more control over their indoor comfort,” he said.

While both systems – NiroSan and NiroTherm – already provide installers with a large and flex- ible range of pipes and fittings including for ex- ample tees, couplings, elbows, flanges or wall plates between 15 – 108 mm, the new addition complements the portfolio.
With the two XXL dimensions 139.7 and 168.3 mm, even very large risers can be easily realised, for example in high-rise buildings.
