WASTEWATER TREATMENT
SOLUTIONS ON SHOW
AUSTRALIAN wastewater and sewage treatment company Aerofloat tackles wastewater issues for a wide spectrum of businesses across the food and beverage industry with its team of expert engineers.
Aerofloat is known for its wastewater treatment solutions for the food and beverage industry, particularly for Australian breweries and wineries. Its wastewater treatment and pH correction solutions at several 4 Pines
Brewery locations in Sydney and Melbourne ensure effective, compliant wastewater for the brewing company. Aerofloat’s recent wastewater and domestic sewage solution for Cupitt’s Estate on the south coast of New South Wales allowed the winery and restaurant to irrigate the surrounding terrain. Cupitt’s Estate general manager Tom Cupitt commended the work of Aerofloat and has enlisted the company’s ongoing support to provide system servicing and chemical supply long-term.
“Looking after our environment is incredibly important to us at Cupitt’s Estate, so having a system that treats wastewater from all facets of our operations and enables us to have high quality effluent suitable for irrigation to the surrounding land, is a great win for us,” said Cupitt.
Aerofloat has proven technologies to effectively manage suspended solids (SS), fats, oils and grease (FOGs), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) for the industry. Its engineers can manage the entire treatment process in-house, from consultation and 3D CAD design, to manufacturing, installation and ongoing support.
Aerofloat’s recent work with Macadamias Australia saw the company design a Dissolved Air Flotation (AeroDAF) system inside a durable 20-foot HQ shipping container.
