     What’s on, where, and when – the Print21 industry Diary
Covid is being beaten back by vaccinations across the world, and 2022 is seeing the return of in- person trade events here and overseas. There may be protocols to follow, and good luck getting in anywhere if you are not vaccinated, but the world of trade shows, conferences, forums and user groups is back. The Print21 Diary has all the main events, and we look forward to seeing many of you at
 many of them. These are the main events we know about so far, but others will come on stream soon, including vendor events. Watch this space.

This year’s Women in Print annual Breakfast Series will focus on ‘learning how to think differently’, and aims to empower women
to approach challenges in a different way, ‘by unlocking their innate creativity to solve complex problems simply’. Professional thinker Lisa Smith is the speaker.

Auspack has some crossover for print, and certainly for those who are thinking of expanding into new areas. Machinery, materials, and technologies will be in abundance, at the largest processing and packaging show south of the equator.

be the first local print expo for three years, and will enable print business owners and managers to get up close and personal with a host of new printing technologies. Most of the local suppliers will be there, ready to talk turkey, for a show that spans two financial years.

National Print Awards
Thursday 30 June Melbourne www.printingawards.com.au The 2022 Print Awards will
be back as a full in-person event, after a couple of years of hybrid delivery. It takes place as always in a PacPrint year on the penultimate evening of the show; entry to the NPAs is only by winning the State PICAs.

have its first outing for three years. Printing United is the conglomeration of what was the big every-four-years Print show with the sign and graphics expo – it’s now an all-in-one event. Held in the entertainment mecca that is Las Vegas.

Igas is back. The show makes a big effort with English language, and with no drupa having taken place for six years, and not due to run for another two, the Tokyo event will be the premier opportunity to see the full range of new print solutions that the industry suppliers have been busy working on.
