The projects showcased on the following pages are a representation of the charter school projects that W.T. Rich has successfully
completed and/or are under construction. W.T Rich fully understands the particular mandates of constructing charter schools -
stringent budget and schedule requirements. As you will see, many of our projects are complex in nature, require working in and
around occupied schools and residential neighborhoods, all while meeting tight schedules and strict budgets. Most importantly,
