Alan, prior to joining Ryden Project Management, was Projects Director for a commercial property Developer with specific responsibility
for project delivery including a number of infrastructure projects.
Alan has the necessary skills to lead the Queens Quay team, undertake a highly skilled client engagement role as well as having an
acute awareness of the key issues which are required to lead and deliver the project.
Relevant Experience :
25 years experience in managing projects, with particular experience in the infrastructure, hotel, residential, retail, commercial and
industrial sectors.
High spec office developments up to £70m.
Developed over 1m sq ft of industrial space.

Alan has led the development of infrastructure projects as part of a client team over an eight year period.
He has the breadth of experience to lead the Queens Quay project team.
Alan has been engaged in liaising with development/construction lawyers in the assembly of the legal package for many projects. As
there is a Development and Regeneration Agreement in place for Queens Quay, Alan has the required skills to ensure that the
obligations of all parties are purified as part of the project delivery phase.
