This is an abbreviated example of our project methodology.

However, we trust that it provides an understanding of our Project Management approach. In particular the

initiatives which we propose to undertake.
We are clear that, if selected, we have a number of important roles to perform in our role as Contract

Administrator.

However, we must also demonstrate that we will add value to the project.
We trust that we have summarised that we have the most appropriate PM team, a proactive value led

approach and the ability to provide high quality leadership for the Queens Quay project.
