Our Methodology and Approach
Development and Regeneration Agreement
Review of the document: We have read the Agreement carefully.
We understand the content and in particular the obligations for delivering the project(s).
For example, the obligations of the Developer, specifically in Clause 2.6.
Also, the procedures for ‘Tendering of Works’ in Clause 10.
We also understand the Developer’s obligations with reference to the Care Home/Health Centre, Remediation and Site Clearance Works, reference Clause
10.4 and 10.8.1.
We will ensure that we undertake the management and delivery of the project in strict accordance with the requirements of the ‘Agreement’.
We will also support the Client team.
Finally, our team have undertaken a full review of the DRA and prepared a briefing document for our internal purposes.
However, we have included this document in Appendix C for information. This demonstrates our initiative and ability to be conversant with this key document.
