Executive Summary
Introduction: A service ‘above and beyond’
Ryden Project Management appreciate the opportunity to bid for Contract
Administrator services for the Queens Quay development.
This purpose of this proposal document is to provide Dawn Group and Clydeside
Regeneration Limited with a comprehensive Ryden PM bid for undertaking the
required CA services.
We will specifically provide the requested information which is as follows :
A statement on how we will resource the works
Identify the individuals who will be responsible for their delivery
As part of our response we will also highlight our experience, approach,
expertise and particularly our strategic front end approach to Project
Management.
We have, as part of our background research, undertaken a comprehensive
review of the strategic importance of the Queens Quay project to Clydebank and
the West Dunbartonshire area. We have reviewed the West Dunbartonshire
Council Local Development Pan and understand the aims and objectives for the
redevelopment of this fantastic waterfront site.
