Resourcing the Work
Resourcing the Works
We refer to the previous inputs to this section of our proposal.
In particular the background to our proposed CA team, our roles and responsibilities and our
approach to the project (which is reflected in Part 1 of this proposal doc).
We provide a ‘hands on’ service as this is our philosophy to our Project Management service
and this will be our approach in our role as Contract Administrator.
We have proposed an experienced team with very complimentary experience.
We will add further resource to our team should the demands of the project require.
In terms of levels of inputs, we have proposed a team approach with Alan and Adam working
closely together, as a cohesive team to lead the project.
