♥ 8 eggs
♥ 2 cups Caster Sugar
♥ 1 packet Vanilla Sugar ♥ 250g Melted Butter
♥ 1 cup Thick Cream
♥ 2 Oranges Zest
♥ 1 tsp Baking powder
♥ 8 cups Self Raising Flour ♥ 1 beaten egg for brushing ♥ 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
                 METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Beat eggs with caster sugar and vanilla sugar
jjjjuntil thick and creamy.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix egg
jjjmixture with melted butter, cream and orange
jjjzest.
4. Slowly sift in baking powder and self raising flour
jjjjuntil you have soft workable dough.
5. Roll Koulourakia out into desired shapes.
6. Brush egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds. 7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
