BANANA BREAD SERVING: 1

♥ 1 1/2 cups All-purpose jjjj Flour
♥ 1 tsp Baking Soda
♥ 1/2 tsp Baking Powder ♥ 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed ♥ 150g Butter, melted and
jjjj cooled
♥ 3/4 cup Brown Sugar ♥ 2 large Eggs, lightly jj n
nn beaten
♥ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 170C.
2. Prepare a greased baking tin.
3. Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder into
....a bowl and set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the bananas, butter,
....eggs, vanilla extract.
5. Stir in the sugar.
6. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just
....combined. Do not over mix.
7. Pour the final mixture into the baking tin and
....place in the oven for 20 minutes.
8. Remove and place on a wire rack to cool.
