DEVELOPERS’ PROFILE - FACILITATORS

LEILA MUZLIFAH BINTI ABDUL KARIM graduated with a Degree in Bachelor

of Education (TESL) with Honours from University of Malaya in 1995.

Having taught English in secondary schools and higher learning

institutions, she has used her extensive experience to conduct English

language programs for adults and working professionals. With teaching and

training experience of more than 20 years, she now conducts numerous English

language programmes for staff at all levels in the government and corporate

sectors. Apart from these stints, she is also actively involved in English Language

Training programmes for TABIKA/TASKA KEMAS teachers.

MOHAMAD HAZNIZAN BIN RAMLY graduated with a Degree in Bachelor

of Education (TESL) with Honours from Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) in 2009.

He highly regards various perspectives of language and

communication, and he never stops improving himself towards the utmost

level of proficiency. With more than 10 years of exposure to diverse aspects of

individual competence which include early childhood psychology and

education, adult learning principles, verbal and nonverbal communication,

and motivation, he is regarded by peers and mentors as a creative, versatile

trainer. Other than conducting training sessions, he is also actively involved in

numerous side projects like copywriting, developing and proofreading

teaching materials, and conducting research for needs analysis.
