CIK SITI NORZIANA BINTI ABDUL KARIM

Assistant Director (Child Development) Early Childhood Education Division

Holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Knowledge Management (UITM)

and has been attached to KEMAS since 2016.

With more than ten years of experience in the field of education, she has

been involved in numerous child development undertakings. Under KEMAS,

she has developed various modules on enhancing children’s social skills and

STREAM education using the learning-through-playing concept. She has also

produced an e-book on Project Approach – a project-based learning for

TABIKA KEMAS children.

In addition, she is actively promoting the ‘English is Fun’ programme by

providing teachers innovative and interactive teaching aids to cultivate the

use of the language.

Engages in developing Human Capital Expertise for various industries

across Malaysia and Asia. NIMTC was established in 2007 in Malaysia by a

group of professionals having extensive exposures and experiences in various

industries including telecommunications, Information Communication and

Technology (ICT), and education industries. It is a registered body under

Ministry of Finance (MOF), Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) and
