3 DAY KICK START PLAN
One Minute Keto Mug Bread
        SERVES
1
INGREDIENTS
› 2 tbsp almond flour or LSA meal
› 1 egg
› 1⁄4 tbsp baking powder
› 1 pinch salt
› 1⁄2 tsp coconut oil or butter
› Splash of water
› 1⁄4 avocado
› Pepper
› Chilli (if desired)

METHOD
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients together in a mug. Whisk together well.
STEP 2
Place in the microwave for 1 minute.
STEP 3
Remove, cut in half and enjoy with 1⁄4 avocado, salt, pepper and chilli (if desired).
BEC'S TIP & SWAPS
Swap avocado to 2 tablespoons hummus if preferred.
Play around with the type of flour... coconut flour, LSA meal, hazelnut flour, flaxseed meal are all great.
Make this recipe sweet by adding some stevia and cinnamon and top with one teaspoon of nut butter or tahini in place of avocado if preferred.
