› 1⁄2 cup berries
› 8 almonds
› 1 serve vanilla protein powder
› 1 tbsp almond butter or tahini
› 1 tsp stevia
› 1 tsp cinnamon

Add all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy.
BEC'S TIP & SWAPS
Fresh or frozen berries are fine.
Any type of berry is fine (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or a mix of all).
Swap almonds to 1 tbsp almond butter or tahini if desired.
Feel free to add extra cinnamon and / or stevia if desired.
