WILLOWMOORE HIGH SCHOOL

INTRODUCTION

This book will discuss how the environmental context of Willowmoore high school affects

teaching and learning, whether the context makes teaching and learning possible or difficult.

It will also look at the measures the teacher would take in order to make teaching and leaning

fun and tolerable despite the environment. This will then lead to a discussion, or definition

rather, of what an “ideal” teacher is in comparison to the school’s context. In other words,
the “ideal” teacher suitable for Willowmoore High School. Furthermore, media will be used

to thoroughly collate what kind of an “ideal” teacher the school needs.

THE SCHOOL CONTEXT

Willowmoore high school was not originally built for teaching and learning. I was a mental
institution then it became a school many years ago. The building has only two floors, ground
