 What You Can Do To Help Yourself and Your Learners Refresh
1. Give physical breaks to stretch, use the bathroom, grab a snack
2. Encourage people to use the Change Background feature rather than hide their video
3. Share the mic – avoid long lectures, use breakout rooms
4. Engage through polling, annotating, whiteboarding, breakout rooms
5. Use lightweight, 2-minute ice breakers at the beginning of class to create mutual cooperation (contact your friendly departmental Instructional Designer or Dana Milstein in the CTE for ideas!)
