215.  Having  known  brahmatattvam,  we  always  approve  of  those  who  are  devoted  to  Truth,  be

                compassionate to all, and never argue with those who are deluded.

                lokäyatädisäìkhyäntä jéve vibhräntimäçritäù || 216||

                æaiNtm!  Aaiïta>    =  dwell  in  wrong  notions;  laekaytaid-sa<OyaNta>  =  starting  from  materialist

                Charvakas  to  the  followers  of  Sankhya;    jIve    =  about  Jiva;  ivæaiNtm!  Aaiïta>  =  dwell  in  utter

                confusion.


                216. Starting from grass worshippers to the followers of Yoga, all dwell in wrong notions about
                Ishvara, from the materialist Charvakas to the followers of Sankhya, all dwell in utter confusion

                about Jiva.

                advitéyabrahmatattvaà na jänanti yadä tadä |
                bhräntä eväkhilästeñäà kva muktiù kveha vä sukham || 217||

                217. When they do not know the nature of Brahman (Truth) as one without the second, they all are

                deluded. How is liberation possible for them or where is the happiness for them in this world or
                elsewhere?
