CHEWS TRAINING FOR IMPROVED DATA QUALITY
Quality Data is essential for improving health at the community level.
MNCH has taken the lead to help Community Health Extension Workers
grow the skills they need for accurate health indicators data collection.
This practical training brought together CHEWS from Garissa, Tana River,
Kiambu, Nakuru and Nyandarua to learn with and from each other and
share success and challenges they faced. MNCH staff coached them on the
“HOW TO” do it better, using what is available in their sub counties.
It was a rich experience and great time of learning for the CHEWs on how
they do it across the different geographic regions.
