Finally, Part IV of the chapter is devoted to the developed software providing the appropriate
informational and analytical processing, as well as to a set of ways to improve the security and defense
of the CIN’s objects. The creation of the proposed informational and analytical software became
possible due to the results deduced by the co-authors, developed devices and positive outcomes of
the modeling procedures. Part IV provides the structure of the proposed informational and analytical
software, together with the methodical recommendations about its synthesis. The latter will allow one
to not only form a well-structured CIN’s security system but also synthesize a CIN’s security theory.
