Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion Developer
Holds Broker Introduction Breakfast;
Introduces 360° Property Marketing Video
Over 40 commercial real estate brokers recently gathered with representatives of developer Cypress
Creek Medical Pavilion, LLC and development partner ANF Group to learn about leasing opportunities
and incentives at Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion. The future 82,000 SF multi-tenant medical pavilion
with ambulatory surgery center began construction in Fort Lauderdale in March and is on track for
completion at the end of the first quarter of 2018.
At the broker event, Nelson Fernandez, Executive Vice President of ANF Group welcomed brokers
and introduced a firsthand experience virtual reality tour showcasing the future medical pavilion.

for Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion, shared space information along with floorplans and samples of the
building’s Class A finishes, as well as tenant and leasing incentives.

Jupiter Medical Center recently opened a new
urgent care center at 625 North Flagler Drive in West
Palm Beach, giving area residents and businesses
access to the same high-quality urgent care and outpa-
