Lean Symposium – France

On September the French team organized an event in Bordeaux about Lean Six Sigma and Change Management.
Around 35 customers were present to learn about Lean Six Sigma and how to guide and manage laboratory staff through the change.
This Topic presented by Fabien Charmel, which is related to the implementation of Smart Automation in the lab, was very much
appreciated by the participants.
In the second part of the day the Savoie Mont Blanc Pathologie team presented its feedback. They explained how they
accompanied the lab team during some changes, particularly for the implementation of the AutoTec a120 and the molecular biology.
Clients evaluated the Symposium day and rated
the quality of the presentations and the
organisation as 8.6 /10. I was a rewarding event for
the customers and also for the French Sakura
Team.

AITIC 2021 – Italy

From the 25th to the 27th of October the Italian team joined the XVIII congress of the Italian Lab Technicians (AITIC). It was the
first time after the pandemic we had the chance to meet our customers in such a big event. We had the chance to present for 3 days
to the audience (300 lab technicians from all the country) the Lab of the future (including SARA).
Our solution has been well perceived and we come back from this event with many leads and many follow up to do with existing
customers. What has really surprised us is that while presenting our solutions we had some customers from the audience confirming
the reliability of the instruments and the impact they had in their lab. We are really exciting to see what will happen in the next edition
in 2022!
